The parent company SLIR (Société Libanaise des Industries Réunies) is located in Bekaa Lebanon, operating since 1985. The company was mainly in ready-made cement and construction materials in addition to a storefront for home furnishings.

The company currently operates in trading, contracting, manufacturing, engineering, and service centers throughout Lebanon and recently in Saudi Arabia. The company has expanded its operations to KSA and MENA in recent years.
